The long-form Terms of Service are being drafted with counsel and will be published here before public launch. The terms below describe the operational reality of the product today and are useful but should not be treated as a binding legal agreement until the long-form version ships.

What ContractConsult is

ContractConsult provides a structured analysis of physician employment contracts. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and our analysis is not a substitute for an attorney. For binding legal opinions, hire an attorney; our analysis is most useful when used to scope and inform that engagement.

How payment works

Single contract analysis is a flat fee. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we don’t store your card data. Pricing details live on the /pricing page.

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll work with you on a refund. If your contract turns out to be outside our scope, we’ll refund promptly. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Acceptable use

The product is intended for personal use by the physician (or candidate physician) whose contract is being reviewed. Don’t upload contracts for someone else without their consent. Don’t resell or redistribute reports.

Liability

We make our best effort to be accurate. We don’t guarantee outcomes. ContractConsult is not liable for negotiation outcomes, employment outcomes, financial outcomes, or any consequence of decisions you make based on our analysis. The full long-form terms will include the standard liability and indemnification language.

You can delete your account and data at any time. See Privacy & review for the operational details on how data is handled.
